Imogen was born on the 22nd October 1998 at 15:31 weighing a healthy 9lbs 6oz and measuring 51CM. She developed jaundice within the first 24 hours, so the hospital went into paranoia mode and wouldn't release her until Sunday afternoon. For all the latest pix, click here. The hospital's fears were unfounded and despite a subsequent blood test, she's "normal". Oh dear I do hope that label doesn't stick with her for the rest of her life. She's now 4 weeks old, has reached the 10 1/2lb mark and has grown 7cm. One's tempted to draw parallels with big sister 'Nannon's growth rate especially when she measures outside the 99.6% line on the growth chart. She's going to be another giant. Us parents will just have to laugh at all the short boyfriends the pair of them will inevitably have in tow.

And just for the record, here are the 20 week scan pictures. Our Midwife, Myra, thought that there might be twins, but as you can see, this wasn't the case. Diane just produces monsters. Craig was hoping for a little brother, but alas it was not to be. He's currently sulking and threatening to leave home because he's not keen on being surrounded by all these women. As we pointed out to him, at least Rhiannon and Imogen are younger, so he won't end up with all the hand-me-downs!
Imogen has now begun to walk! She's been able to stand unaided for a couple of weeks and has done the usual trick of moving round the furniture. Nothing is safe anymore, especially cups of tea, which she heads straight for with unerring accuracy.

Regrettably, Imogen is showing signs of IT terrorism. She's developed a worring habit of keyboard bashing and mouse mangling. We really do hope that she doesn't turn out to be one of those sad individuals who have nothing better to do than expose their family to ridicule on the World Wide Web ;-).
